Dear Diary,
Went for the CAN thingy today (Create Action Now) at Summerset the YouthPark dunno wad la. It was suppose to be an Amazing Race around the City area, and there are things tt are needed to accomplish b4 we head to the next pitstop. More or less like the American version of Amazing Race, except mayb many times smaller.
Upon arriving, the place was packed full of ppl! Ppl there, ppl here, you practically can't move and with addition of the heat of the sun and all, you can see wad situation I was in during tt time of the day. They gave us each a CAN T-shirt or wadever,and we're suppose to change into it. The worst thing is... THERE'S ONLY ONE TOILET! And there are soooooo many of us. Can wait until die. Managed to change and went to the "sheltered" area to wait for further instructions. The place is freaking hot and I almost melted there. We were panting like dogs and fanning like freaks. I have no idea wad took them soooo long but we waited for more than 1 hour doing nth -.- Finally at around 4pm,we went off and was told to come back at 6.30pm SHARP.
To cut the long story short, we got lost and have no idea where we were heading. Although it was a great learning experience I still think Singapore is not a place where this kind of major event can be hosted. Wait till there's snow here then we talk about something like this!
After the event still must squeeze wif all the other ppl in the train to Bishan and take 58 back home. Came back at 11pm! Like mad! And fell flat on the bed.
