Singapore Idol juz ended, today's theme was 'Killing me softly with this song', Parody mayb?
Anyway, it's contradicting and ironic both at the same time. If you want to stay in the competition, wouldn't you be wanting to choose the best songs tt suit you and shine when you have tt 2 min to give your all on the centre stage? Why get other contestants to choose for contestants. It doesn't make any sense; fans would be a better alternative. Contestants may sabotage and WILL do so, the stronger ones survive after all right? Seriously, they should reconsider these themes; If you dun have an appropriate theme, then dun use any. Juz let them choose their own songs.
Best of all, Duane. He chose a song for dunno who, and he said 'cause I feel tt it will be a challenge for him (him as in the other contestant)'. Isn't tt indirectly wanting the latter to be eliminated? Anyway, he himself got out. So I guess wad goes up must come down. Oya, I saw Nicholas muttering to himself at the ground floor of the SI Studio. ^^
